TLP Teen is a progressive reformer class designed specifically for teens who have completed our Strongish™ program.
Building on foundational strength, coordination, and body awareness, this class offers a safe, structured, and appropriately challenging environment in which teens continue to grow and refine their Pilates practice through controlled resistance and thoughtful sequencing.
Designed to support confidence, consistency, and healthy movement habits without being overwhelming or competitive, this is not an introductory class; it’s the next step for Strongish™ teens to progress with intention and independence.
Prerequisite: Completion of our Strongish™ Program or at least 3 months 1:1 work with a TLP Master Trainer
