Our 12-week after-school program is designed to support growing bodies and busy minds. Each session blends strength, flexibility, and mindfulness in a way that feels empowering — never overwhelming. Here’s what your tween or teen can look forward to:

Two 75-minute sessions each week focused on smart, safe movement that builds real strength, stability, and confidence.

Core work, posture support, breathwork, and focus exercises that help manage stress and build resilience.

❋ Mind & Body Training

An encouraging environment where students grow at their own pace — progress over perfection, always.

❋ A Non-Competitive, Supportive Squad

Workshops, Toluca Lake Pilates Tote, Water Bottle and Pilates Grip Socks merch, and opportunities to earn community service hours — because strength shows up everywhere.

Pilates can be a wonderful practice for growing tweens and teens, gently supporting them through a time of big changes. It helps build healthy posture, core strength, flexibility, and body awareness - foundations that support their physical growth.

Whether your child is just beginning their movement journey or already immersed in sports or dance, Pilates provides a safe, structured way to build strength, flexibility, and confidence. It’s gentle and encouraging for beginners, yet deeply challenging for more experienced movers.

Registration Fee* $150
