  • Kimberly’s Pilates journey began after suffering a hip injury and having surgery. Along with physical therapy, she used Pilates to rehab her body. Shortly after getting her certification, she started teaching at a chiropractic practice where she’s spent the past several years rehabbing others.

As a professional dancer, Pilates has been key to elongating her career. Without it, she would not be able to do all the things she loves. She’s so excited to be joining the team at Toluca Lake Pilates! We all deserve to feel our best, and she’s excited to be part of your journey to wellness. Patrice is also certified in pre- and post-natal Pilates, supporting mothers through each stage with intelligent sequencing and deep core recovery.
