Instructors

  • With over a decade of experience in the Pilates world, Angie is a passionate and dedicated instructor who believes in the transformative power of movement. Since becoming a Certified Pilates Instructor in 2016, Angie has built a career focused on helping individuals of all backgrounds and abilities achieve their wellness goals through mindful movement and personalized care.

Angie’s training journey began in 2014, and she went on to complete her 500-hour Comprehensive All-Apparatus Teacher Training through Pilates Sports Center International, Inc. She had the privilege of studying privately under renowned instructor/professional dancer Helena Talman, and under the tutelage of PSC co-founders Andromeda Stevens, and Kelli Altounian, which deeply influenced her approach to teaching.

Over the years, Angie has worked with a diverse range of clients, from those seeking general fitness and wellness to individuals working through specific health challenges, such as pre- and post-natal recovery, neurological conditions, scoliosis, osteoporosis, injury recovery, and athletes looking to enhance their performance. This experience has shaped her holistic, client-centered approach that adapts to every person’s unique needs.

Angie’s first studio, in Tujunga Village, was where she developed her love for creating a welcoming and supportive environment for all body types. Although she was devastated when the pandemic forced her to close that location, Angie took this setback as an opportunity for growth and reflection. Five years of personal and professional development, combined with support from mentors, friends, and family, has led her to her new home in Toluca Lake.

Today, Angie is thrilled to reintroduce her Pilates practice to the community she loves, along with her talented team, including instructors Elizabeth Ordway and Kimberly Padgett, who have been with her from the beginning. Together, they’re excited to welcome all bodies to their new space, where thoughtful, intentional movement can change lives.

  • Master trainer Caitlin is an LA native who discovered Pilates in 2008 and fell in love with the practice. What started as a way to get herself out of pain grew into a lifelong passion for mindful movement. She earned her comprehensive certification in 2012 and has been teaching ever since.

Her classes blend classical and contemporary Pilates with a focus on alignment, form, and the mind-body connection. Caitlin is all about helping people build strength, confidence, and deeper body awareness. She has worked with everyone from stunt actors to octogenarians and complete beginners, and she loves helping each person feel strong, capable, and at home in their body.

Caitlin believes you’re always a student, so she never ceases to hone her craft.

  • Daisha is a versatile artist known for her acting (Peacock’s Based on a True Story, Disney+’s Big Shot, FOX’s Call Me Kat), dancing (Beyoncé, Rihanna, Santigold), and content creation. She has collaborated with top beauty and lifestyle brands, including Pantene, Shea Moisture, and Kohl’s.

A certified Pilates, dance, and cycling instructor, Daisha also partners with brands such as Livestrong to promote wellness. Her creative range extends to writing and starring in the acclaimed short film Don’t Touch My Hair, featured on Misty Copeland’s YouTube channel.

With a career spanning entertainment and fitness, Daisha continues to inspire and captivate audiences through both the arts and wellness. "It always seems impossible until it's done."

  • Master trainer Elizabeth is a certified Pilates instructor and movement coach with over 20 years of experience helping clients build graceful strength, improve flexibility and move with confidence. Known for her warm, encouraging teaching style, she tailors each session to the individual, making Pilates accessible, effective and enjoyable.

Her approach focuses on teaching the person, not just the method —using Pilates as a versatile toolbox to improve core strength, posture, mobility, and overall wellness. Elizabeth combines classical Pilates principles with modern techniques to create a personalized, results-driven experience.

Elizabeth is classically trained and certified in Pilates and several complementary movement and wellness methods including yoga, dance, Reiki, the Franklin Method, Gyrotonic, and bodyrolling techniques. She is also the creator of Targeted Toning Pilates for Beginners, a best-selling Pilates DVD known for its core-centric and body-sculpting routines.

Elizabeth looks forward to helping clients become their best selves—bringing her passion for movement to this beautiful studio and community.

  • Kimberly’s Pilates journey began after suffering a hip injury and having surgery. Along with physical therapy, she used Pilates to rehab her body. Shortly after getting her certification, she started teaching at a chiropractic practice where she’s spent the past several years rehabbing others.

As a professional dancer, Pilates has been key to elongating her career. Without it, she would not be able to do all the things she loves. She’s so excited to be joining the team at Toluca Lake Pilates! We all deserve to feel our best, and she’s excited to be part of your journey to wellness. Proudly certified by The Body Arts & Sciences Institute BASI.

  • Lexy is a dedicated Pilates instructor specializing in All-Apparatus Pilates for beginners. Passionate about inclusivity and approachability, she is committed to helping others discover the joy of Pilates.

Lexy designs her classes to be challenging yet supportive, pushing clients to grow without feeling intimidated.

  • When Paige discovered the magical world of Pilates, she was truly humbled and inspired, and felt passionately about becoming both a student and teacher of the practice.

Paige is a certified Pilates Instructor across all apparatus who studied under Master Trainer Helena Hultburg-Talman and Dr. Andromeda Stevens, at Pilates Sports Center. She’s also a Certified Personal Trainer through ISSA, a USA Master Trainer and -- fun fact -- once served as the in-house trainer at the Playboy Mansion.

The goals of her clients serve as the foundation and inspiration for her creative and challenging sessions. Paige prioritizes breath work, strengthening, and lengthening, and loves to help build a deep connection between mind, body, and spirit.

  • With a background in science, Patrice brings a grounded understanding of anatomy and biomechanics to her teaching. Her practice is built upon a classical foundation, and she blends the integrity of the original method with updated approaches that address the postural demands of modern life.

She specializes in the often-overlooked Cadillac and Wunda Chair apparatus, guiding clients through grounded, therapeutic sessions that emphasize postural awareness, stability, and strength. Patrice is also certified in pre- and post-natal Pilates, supporting mothers through each stage with intelligent sequencing and deep core recovery.

Her method is designed to complement a variety of fitness disciplines, including yoga, strength training, and athletics. She places special focus on counterbalancing hypermobility, retraining deep stabilizing muscles, and restoring alignment for lasting resilience.

In addition to her Pilates expertise, Patrice holds a certification in Gerontology and has extensively studied healthspan and biohacking — insights that inform her holistic, longevity-focused approach to movement.
