Meet the Team
Angie Niemeyer | Owner & Master Trainer
With over a decade of experience in the Pilates world, Angie Niemeyer is a passionate and dedicated instructor who believes in the transformative power of movement. Since becoming a Certified Pilates Instructor in 2016, Angie has built a career focused on helping individuals of all backgrounds and abilities achieve their wellness goals through mindful movement and personalized care.
Angie’s training journey began in 2014, and she went on to complete her 500-hour Comprehensive All-Apparatus Teacher Training through Pilates Sports Center International, Inc. She had the privilege of studying privately under Master Trainer/Professional Dancer Helena Talman, and under the tutelage of renowned PSC co-founders Andromeda Stevens and Kelli Altounian, which deeply influenced her approach to teaching.
Over the years, Angie has worked with a diverse range of clients, from those seeking general fitness and wellness to individuals working through specific health challenges, such as pre- and post-natal recovery, neurological conditions, scoliosis, osteoporosis, and injury recovery, as well as athletes looking to enhance their performance. This experience has shaped her holistic, client-centered approach that adapts to every person’s unique needs.
Angie’s first studio, in Tujunga Village, was where she developed her love for creating a welcoming and supportive environment for all body types. Although she was devastated when the pandemic forced her to close that location, Angie took this setback as an opportunity for growth and reflection. Five yearsof personal and professional development, combined with support from mentors, friends, and family, has led her to her new studio home in Toluca Lake.
Today, Angie is thrilled to reintroduce her Pilates practice to the community she loves, along with a talented team that includes instructors Elizabeth Ordway and Kimberly Padgett, who have been with her from the beginning. Together, they’re excited to welcome all bodies to their new space, where thoughtful, intentional movement can change lives.

Kimberly’s Pilates journey began after suffering a hip injury and having surgery. Along with physical therapy, she used Pilates to rehab her body. Shortly after getting her certification, she started teaching at a chiropractic practice where she’s spent the past several years rehabbing others.
As a professional dancer, Pilates has been key to elongating her career. Without it, she would not be able to do all the things she loves. She’s so excited to be joining the team at Toluca Lake Pilates! We all deserve to feel our best, and she’s excited to be part of your journey to wellness. Proudly certified by The Body Arts & Sciences Institute BASI.
