Caitlin has taught across clinical settings, studios, group classes, and private sessions, working with an incredibly wide range of bodies. Eight years spent teaching inside a sports medicine clinic taught her to observe closely and meet every client exactly where they are. Her teaching blends classical and contemporary Pilates with functional strength and careful, individualized progression.
